Spencer Kelly is a Washington, D.C. based assistant director, production coordinator, and neophyte indie producer from South New Jersey. Since his first professional job in 2019, Spencer has found a new calling and passion in TV, film, and live production. He has worked on a vast portfolio of productions with clients such as Spotify, NBC, Hulu, Dell Technologies, Marriott International, and the NBA. This will be Spencer’s first year with the Annapolis Film Festival.
