*Different film programs have different availability watch windows. This SCHEDULE view only shows the date and time the film begins. To find the entire availability window of a film, click the film to navigate to the film’s page.

From the FILM GUIDE Page, you can view all of our individual films, features and shorts, in alphabetical order, search for films, and go into a film’s page, where you will be able to order your tickets, either as a pass reservation or as purchased tickets.

Pass Information

Passes require you to “order” tickets for individual films. Pass purchases do not guarantee your access unless you have “ordered” your tickets. Viewing capacity limits do apply so we recommend ordering your Pass tickets as soon as possible. There is no additional fee for “ticket orders” when you are logged into your account with a pass. Passes can only make (1) reservation per film program, and film programs can only be viewed ONCE during the festival. After purchasing your pass, you can “pre-order” your films immediately to guarantee your access ahead of time. Again, if you wait to order your tickets during the festival dates, we cannot guarantee you will have access to the program, even with a pass.

Select the pass you are interested in and push the orange “Buy” button. Indicate how many passes you would like to purchase and if you would like to donate to the Annapolis Film Festival. If you have an Eventive Account, you will be asked to put in your login credentials to continue. If you do not have an account yet, please enter in your email address to start your account creating process. You must have an account to make purchases and view films on Eventive.

After you enter in your credit card information, your pass purchase will be complete and you will be able to start reserving films! To confirm your purchase, you can click into “My Passes” from the home page.

Ordering Individual Tickets with Your Pass

Step 1: Log into your eventive account
Step 2: Navigate to the Film Schedule
- You can browse films via the opening date and time here, click “Film Guide” to search for them alphabetically, or directly in the Virtual Festival’s catalog.
- From the Schedule Page, find the film you are interested in ordering. Example: “OPENING NIGHT PRESENTATION: Marvelous and the Black Hole” on Thursday, April 8th.

Clicking on the film’s title will take you to the film’s informational page where you can read the film’s description and find the availability window. Click “Order Tickets”. Clicking directly on “Order Tickets” takes you to the film’s Virtual Festival page, where you can finalize your order.

Click on “Pre-Order Now For Free”. If you have multiple options in your account, ie: membership / festival pass / sponsor pass, it will ask which pass you would like to use to order the ticket.

This is your confirmation that you were successful, and shows you when the film window becomes AVAILABLE. You have also received an email giving you these details.

At the top, click “Back to Festival Site” to bring you back to the festival Schedule, where you can make additional reservations for additional films!

This is a copy of the receipt that is sent to you from Eventive, confirming your order.

The red box outlines your Watch Availability Window reminder. You can also find this information on the film’s informational page and the film’s Virtual Festival page (where you ordered your ticket). Once you click “Watch Now”, you have 24 hours to complete the film’s viewing. (Yes, this does mean you can pause the film, exit out, do something else, and come back to it and finish)
